qualities for internship next year.

some qualities i am looking for next years internship that i get are probably some like my past internship that the mentor takes time to show me new things and that i get to do some work by myself that they have teached me. so in my new internship i would like to do something new everyday that i like, for example i would like to intern at my boxing gym if i get a chance because thats what i like to do everyday.so i am interested in working with a doctor or in a boxing gym thats what am interested on most.

growth and learning

so this year at my lti i have developed a lot of skillz, i learned how to take control of master control and if u was in my exhibition i showed you guys what i do at my LTI. some personal qualities i have developed through out my internship is to be pationed when doing something because if you are then you can do things better also to be on time because i was always late and i wouldnt learn a lot of things so thats why i decided to be always on time.

~Back on track~

well im back on track and i havent post in a l0ng time because ive been really buisy and i was just feeling to depressed too much work and i had some hard times so i wasnt really taking anything serious i didnt really care if i didnt do my homework or nothing but now i have found a solution for that problem that i had and right now its working its just a matter of time and i just feel good and ready for anthing that gets on my way, with that problem i had i just felt like droping out like that and i wasnt respecting the teachers . my liberation for all of this was figuring out what to do to be able to fix my problem and i did one thing i also do when i am ery angry or upset i like to spend more time on the gym because i feel thats the only thing i am good at so thats what helped me keep up with my emotions and stress. evrytime i get upset or mad i just want everyone to know i dont like no one talking to me about my private life like asking me why diz and why that because i feel that this past weeks i have hold alot of anger inside me and i feel like just taking of on someone i have a lower temper of angryness so maybe thats why everyone says i changed a lot. well i gootaa go am out....

~At My Internship~ 3/5/09

Today in my internship Juan helped me on my newsletter and he gave me a really big help since at school i wasn't able to finish and send it to my email because the file was to big to send on my email. i was kind of worried because at home i don't have the program Microsoft word to be able to open my newsletter so i guess i wouldn't be able to have it on time for tomorrow so my mentor gave me a bunch of ideas of how we might be able to get my newsletter to young one and we actually did the three ways my mentor suggested me to and they were to finish everything in here at my LTI print it and he revised it then correct the mistakes reprint it again as the final one he gave me a CD to burn it in to just in case and let me borrow a usb to save it also because he said he wants me to be really prepared for wen i turn i my stuff. now that i have everything done i feel less pressured by young whan.lol but happy that i got my work done so now i just need to do my script later on and i can do that by myself.

2~12~09 "At My Intern"

Today in my internship when I first came inside my mentor was with the sports director and his name was Mario Bobino, I organized my self like always and then i helped my mentor on recording the sports videos that Mario had brought in everything was goin well it was four videos i had to record in to the control panel and the very last video was eleven minutes but at the end i stoped recordin it a little bit to early so we had to re recorded again so i got kind of upset but everything else went really well. Later on in the day me and my mentor were discuissing some ideas of how i would introduce my final project we were taking pictures and out of all of them i picked the best croped ones so they can go in my final project. Todays day went really fast maybe because i was pretty buissy today we had a lot to do and now its time for me to go bye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

~Qualities~ and ~Skillz~

some skills that i need so i can be a better intern are probably to manage my time and be able to have time for everuthing because i think i get really destracted fast but overall i think i am doing really good for now on the rest because Juan who is my mentor always says that i am a very fast learner. some qualities as a person that would make me a better intern are to be able to handle things in the control room by myself because i would be really helping out my mentor on something really important. i think that would be a really good quality because i would feel better of myself and gain more experience.

talking to some one different

so today is the 29th of january and i got to talk with a person that adds the sounds and a bunch of different things to the videos he cuts them and adds them whatever it needs to get donde in that video i think hes job is really cool because those people depend on you whether the video is good or not. i got to do some activities with juan who is my mentor with daniels equipment the one that edits the videos so we were drafting a video for fun just to see the types of things you need to do while you editing the video. as i say it was really confusing but i think i memorized the names and basic things for editing the videos really fast faster than the things i usually do in the master control room.

challenges and succes

so this is my third day in K.D.O.l t.v and some of the challenges that i have in my internship are that i have to learn still what shows need to appear throught out different times so i think thats one of my biggest challenges because i cants memorize all the different programs that have to go in the day that its do for. one of my success that i have throught out my internship is that am always buissy and that i get to use the computer were juan who is my mentor uses.;

I found my internship!!!!!!!!

Today was my first day in my internship and my internship is in kdol t.v and i decided to come intern here because i think its cool to learn new things and what i like about this intern is that you are almost always buissy so thats what i like and you really learn new things and you gain skillz that might be useful latern on in your life because technology is a thing that you use a lot. now that i got my internship am not gona be that pressured and know i will have more time to do my homework and stuff that needs to get done. so today in my job or intern we went to go take pictures of two famous baseball players and we are goin to put those pictures in the internet after that we went to see if their was cable available in metwest so the whole school can watch the elaboration of obama, but the cable was dead so the school might not be able to watch it. thats what i mostly do in my internship for today...
